WHO WE REALLY ARE
I've spent a lot of time thinking about who we really are.
There is the version of us shaped by the world—by our upbringing, our learned beliefs, our fears, and the systems we've inherited. Then there is who we are beneath all of that.
For me, this journey has been about peeling back those layers until I could finally meet the woman I was always meant to become.
At this point in my life, I see my time on Earth as a series of seasons. Every season has asked something different of me. Every season has changed me.
The greatest pattern I've discovered is this:
